Fall 2017

Up here in the Northeast we have a season change every three months. Some welcome the new season and some don’t. And whether you want it or not, a new season comes. It’s inevitable, so why not make the most of it? Different clothes, different foods, different activities, different celebrations…I like the idea of embracing change with the seasons.

When we put our eyes on God it can be exciting to see possibilities in and for our lives, things that God has planned – not something He just “threw together” in the last minute. As we enter Autumn or what can be called, the Harvest season, ask yourself this: have you been walking with God, are you praying and expecting something new and refreshing, are you expecting something fruitful to come to pass in your life? Our Heavenly Father never runs out of good things for you because He planned for good long before you were born – Jesus.¬†You were bought with a great price God planted one seed, Jesus, and He has been reaping a harvest off of Jesus’ sacrifice & victory for the past 2000 years. The Bible tells us in Ecclesiastes 3:1 that “to everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.” So accept the new season with anticipation of good things from a good Father.
